A. Vietnam Visa Requirements
1. Visa Exemptions

Vietnam offers visa exemptions for travelers from select countries, allowing stays ranging from 14 to 45 days. Key exemptions include:

  • 45 days: Citizens of Germany, France, Italy, Spain, UK, Russia, South Korea, Japan.
  • 30 days: Citizens of ASEAN countries (excluding some restrictions for specific nationalities).
  • 14 days: Citizens of Brunei and Myanmar.

2. E-Visa
Vietnam now issues 90-day, multiple-entry e-visas for travelers from over 80 countries.
The e-visa can be applied for online via Vietnam Immigration’s official website.
Processing time: 3–5 working days.
Entry permitted via airports, land borders, and seaports.
3. Visa on Arrival (VOA)
Available for those with a pre-approved visa approval letter from a Vietnamese travel agency.

Requires passport, approval letter, photo, and visa stamping fee.
4. Business & Long-Term Visas
Business visas require sponsorship from a Vietnamese company.
Visa extensions can be processed within Vietnam but require submission before expiry.

B. Cambodia Visa Requirements
1. Visa Exemptions

ASEAN nationals can stay 14 to 30 days without a visa (depending on nationality).
2. E-Visa
Available for tourists from most countries via Cambodia’s official e-visa website.
Valid for 30 days, single entry.
Can be used at major airports and land borders but not all border checkpoints.
3. Visa on Arrival (VOA)
Available at all major airports and land borders.
Requires passport, photo, visa fee (approx. $30 for tourists, $35 for business visas).
Typically granted for 30 days.
4. Business & Long-Term Visas
Business visas (E-class) can be extended for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months.
Work permits required for employment.

C. Laos Visa Requirements

1. Visa Exemptions
ASEAN nationals can enter visa-free for stays of 14 to 30 days.
Some European and Asian countries also have visa-free arrangements.

2. E-Visa
Available for travelers from many countries via Laos’ official e-visa portal.
Valid for 30 days, single entry.
Only accepted at certain airports and border crossings.

3. Visa on Arrival (VOA)
Available for travelers from most countries at major airports and border checkpoints.
Requires passport, passport photo, visa fee (typically $30-$45, varies by nationality).
Duration: 30 days, extendable within Laos.

4. Business & Long-Term Visas
Business visas require a local sponsor.
Long-term extensions available via Laos Immigration.

General Travel Tips for Visas

  • Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your arrival date.
  • Carry passport-sized photos for visa applications.
